Alright, back to the painting table, and back to the Marauders. I've made quite a bit of progress here, those marauders are almost ready for battle.

You can probably tell that I was gearing up for the Wyrd Games Femme Fatale painting contest. I just didn't get anything done in time to enter.

I'm still working on the Chaos Marauder Horsemen and the painters; not a whole lot of progress on those painters! In addition, we see here Heresy Miniatures Diego Sanchez, Swashbuckling Rogue. I'm painting him up for my character in a D&D campaign.

Still working on those silly painters. Also, some work on the Chaos Marauder Horsemen.

This is my weekly workbench for January 15, 2006. Dot got stripped, unfortunately; I just wasn't doing a good job with a fair skin color. I was pretty productive, however; check out the Thrud Museum for some updates.

Well, here's another week! I'm still working on the Black Orc unit; I got lots of work done at the painter's club meeting at The Source. Now I just have to give that armor more depth and grunge. I also started on Steve Buddle's Dot from the Land of zO project.

My workbench for the week of January 1, 2006. Happy New Year!!
Heresy Thrud and last week's Citidel Thrud both ended up in the stripping jar. I just wasn't happy with my progress on them; the skin had way too much contrast. So, here we see Heresy Miniatures Santa Boris, another Citidel Thrud, and the resumption of work on the original Heresy Mullet the Barbarian.

My workbench for the week of December 25, 2005. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, celebrate whatever makes you happy this time of year!
Here we see Heresy Miniatures Limited Edition Strolling Thrud, and a vintage Citidel Miniatures Thrud, both destined for the Thrud Gallery.

My workbench for the week of December 18, 2005. This was a bit of a tough week, paintwise. The ugly goat-faced Thrud's Admirer ended up in the stripping jar. I need to get some practice on female flesh tones, and this is a poor miniature to begin with.

My workbench for the week of December 11, 2005. Continuing in the attempt to paint one individual/character/monster/whatever miniature each week, I did finish Urkmon and started on Thrud's Admirer in a little more earnest. What an ugly goat-faced little one that is, too!
